Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia

The Chamber of Commerce for Greater Philadelphia has been at the forefront of COVID-19 recovery efforts in southeastern Pennsylvania through its Recharge and Recovery initiative, which brings together private sector, community, and government leaders to chart a path toward an inclusive economic recovery. 

GPS Impact worked with the Chamber on a targeted paid media campaign to raise awareness about the impact and benefits of this initiative among its key stakeholders and keep its policy agenda top of mind with members of the City Council. 

Through pre-roll, connected television (CTV), social media, and display ads, GPS Impact helped tell the story of the real people and businesses benefiting from the Recharge and Recovery initiative, while promoting its legislative agenda at City Hall. The campaign targeted Chamber members, City Council members, local thought leaders, as well as small business owners and workforce development professionals. This targeted approach created the perception of a much larger campaign while delivering messages directly to the audiences the Chamber needed to reach. 

With a creative approach centered on amplifying the stories of the people and businesses with the most at stake from an inclusive recovery, GPS Impact delivered messaging that was authentic, impactful, and customized for the platforms on which it was consumed.
