Mike Gaughan is a Kansas-based political strategist with more than two decades of policy and political experience in the Sunflower State. Mike has a broad range of experience, including as a state party executive director, in government affairs for two Kansas Governors, and ten years as an elected county commissioner. He has worked with prominent civic, elected, and advocacy leaders to sustain and advance progressive public policy in Kansas. Having spent nearly a decade in elected office at the county level, he understands decisions made in county courthouses — without any fanfare — are just as impactful as decisions that grab headlines when they are made in the statehouse.
